Pastor Ann G. Bridgers

Pastor Ann Bridgers’ Welcome

Greetings from Port Royal United Methodist Church here in the beautiful town of Port Royal, SC.  We are a church that is “small enough to know you, but large enough to love you.”  We open our doors and hearts to all who will come and worship with us.  As we strive to grow in our relationship with our Lord, we invite you to join us.

Won’t you come to join us?  We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you.

Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.

Thoughts from the Rocking Chair………..Monthly musings of Pastor Ann Bridgers –     Greetings to all who come to worship with us:

As the month of August arrives, the extreme heat of the “dog days” is already here in the LowCountry. Please stay cool and hydrated as we head into the final stretch of the summer season.

Looking ahead to the upcoming months at the church, I hope you will make a commitment to attend our Wednesday evening Bible study from 5:00 to 6:00 PM. We will conclude our current study in a couple of weeks and begin a new study: “Tame Your Thoughts” by Max Lucado.

Also, there is a chair at the table waiting for you. Reminder: Adult Sunday School class meets at 9:15 in Fowler Hall each Sunday morning. The Children’s Class meets in the room next to the Narthex with Miss Char at 11:00. Won’t you come and join us for this time of learning the lessons from God’s Word?

I look forward to continuing the work that God has called each of us to do for His honor and glory.  We may be a small church, but we have a big heart and much love for one another and for those who will come and worship with us.

Blessings always, Pastor Ann
