Greetings from Port Royal United Methodist Church here in the beautiful town of Port Royal, SC.  We are a church that is “small enough to know you, but large enough to love you.”  We open our doors and hearts to all who will come and worship with us.  As we strive to grow in our relationship with our Lord, we invite you to join us.

Thoughts from the Rocking Chair………..Monthly musings of Pastor Ann Bridgers –     Greetings to all who come to worship with us:

Relief is on the way!  With the arrival of the month of September, the fall equinox will arrive soon AND cooler temperatures hopefully will follow!  I expect to see more smiles on faces as our temps drop and the sweltering heat slowly leaves us.    

Although Port Royal UMC is a small church, we are a loving church and an active church.  Our dedicated members give of their time, their talents, their support, and their willingness to serve not only the church but also the community.  We open our doors to all who will come join us as we worship our loving God.

Let me encourage you to join us each Wednesday evening from 5:00 – 6:00. Our study at present is by Max Lucado: TAMING YOUR THOUGHTS!.   The hour is spent in study and discussion, as we seek God’s will in our lives.  Won’t you join us?
