Pastor Ann G. Bridgers

Pastor Ann Bridgers’ Welcome

Greetings from Port Royal United Methodist Church here in the beautiful town of Port Royal, SC.  We are a church that is “small enough to know you, but large enough to love you.”  We open our doors and hearts to all who will come and worship with us.  As we strive to grow in our relationship with our Lord, we invite you to join us.

Won’t you come to join us?  We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you.

Sing to the LORD, for he has done glorious things; let this be known to all the world.

Monthly musings of Pastor Ann Bridgers –

“The most wonderful time of the year…” — these words tell of the joy, the happiness, and the excitement that seemingly fill the air during the days before Christmas!  Anticipation runs high as we are often caught up in the hustle and bustle of the times.  All of these emotions, in and of themselves, and wonderful.   However…

Let us not forget that the days of Advent (hope, peace, joy, love) prepare us for the birth of our Lord (Christmas Eve) and Christmas Day.

Come, let us worship our Lord as we gather together to celebrate this Christmas season.  And, when we put aside our daily cares and focus on Christ Jesus, it will truly be “a wonderful time of the year!”

On December 14th at 5:00 in the afternoon, we invite you to attend a very special presentation that our Music Minister, Peggy Bartz, and I have put together for Christmas.  We guarantee that it will touch your hearts!

Even though this is a very busy time of the year, I pray that you will take time to thank our Great God for all His blessings.

In gratitude and love for each of you, Pastor Ann
